Type of Business: Personal Injury Law Firm

Cross Prescott APC handles serious personal injuries, nursing home abuse, car accident, brain injury, wrongful death, and other injury cases. Located in San Diego, this firm serves clients throughout California.

The firm has two shareholders, Oleg Cross and Natalie Prescott. Both are award-winning lawyers who are recognized at outstanding attorneys by the San Diego community. Additionally, Natalie Prescott is the first woman recipient of the prestigious Outstanding Young Lawyer of the Year Award from the International Bar Association and the Jack Berman Award of Achievement from the California Bar Association. Oleg Cross has been recognized as one of Top Young Attorneys and received a 40 Under 40 recognition from the San Diego Metropolitan Magazine.

Notable news and cases: In the most recent car accident trial, Natalie Prescott helped secure an outstanding verdict for a personal injury client who did not see a medical doctor for many months after the accident. The insurance company refused to pay for the client’s injuries because they deemed this a “minor” accident with insignificant damage to the car. The San Diego jury disagreed, awarding the client pain and suffering damages, as well as medical expenses and past and future lost wages.

While results vary in each case, our attorneys work hard to ensure that each client receives the highest compensation they deserve. At Cross Prescott APC, each client receives the undivided attention of their attorney and can speak directly to their lawyer right away. All contingency clients receive free consultations.
