Equestrian Park Grill Restaurant
If you are the kind of person who has at one point or another uttered the words…”It’s not like Mom or Grandma use to make.” Then chances are you are someone who enjoys quality home style cooking. Have you ever wondered why certain cities are known for one style of cuisine or another? New York for Pizza and Pasta…..Buenos Aires for Charcoal grilling…..Paris for its pastries…..London for Indian cuisine…the list goes on. The answer is actually a simple one, no real mystery about it…..the old classic way of doing things is usually the best. The particular foods and styles of cuisine just mentioned where brought to those regions or begun there centuries ago….YES! Centuries ago! So why would anyone in their right mind tamper with a style of doing something that’s tried and tested for so long????……this is not the case at the Equestrian Park Grill.
So if you are a foodie who enjoys classic home-style cooking, then this is the place for you.
The restaurant blends European heritage with local Southern cultural cuisine. Everything is made in-house with attention to detail, from the old Southern Fried Chicken Recipe, and Mississippi Farm Raised Catfish, to the internationally acclaimed and authentic “Chivito” Steak Sandwich, Italian Cannelloni, and Tapas from Spain, just to name a few. There is no sports bar atmosphere here, it is a quiet speak easy type establishment set up with discerning diners in mind, who understand making something in-house means it doesn’t come out in 2 minutes. The portions are generous so no one leaves hungry. It is the kind of place true discerning patrons will appreciate whether having cocktails and tapas at the bar area, or sitting at a table for a complete dining experience….bon appétit!

About Estela Lopez
I am a foodie with 20 years experience in sales, marketing, and hospitality. My knowledge and experience with different cultures, cuisines and markets, comes from my background and travels. Before launching the Equestrian Park Grill with owner and business partner Veronica Bellew, I had experience with a successful establishment in Sydney known as “The Garden of Eden.” That establishment served as a cafe during the week, with its lovely outdoor grounds and a function venue on weekends. It was featured in “The Sydney Weekender” and “Burke’s Backyard” well known TV shows in Sydney, during its 7 year run.
